The hotel had a convenient location right off the highway.
The check-in experience was disappointing as the male clerk was unhelpful when I requested a copy of the signed form. The mattress in Rm 105 was old and sagged on one side. Upon returning, the mattress in Rm 204 was better, but I was informed they prioritize lower floor rooms for check-ins, which seems unfair.

The check-in process easy. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast options were quite limited, which left much to be desired. It's a solid choice for a quick stay.

The room was recently renovated with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
Location really close to several restaurants and less than a hour north of Chattanooga, Knoxville for business and Sweetwater.

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The bed was comfortable, and the shower had a handrail, a thoughtful touch. The room was equipped with a TV that offered multiple choices to cater to different preferences.
Unfortunately, the nearby road was noisy. Breakfast options were minimal, primarily consisting of grab-and-go items without a hot meal, disappointing.

Very convenient to major road. Had several fast food options close by. Clean comfortable heard nothing from any pets.
Nothing bad staff was great stay was great.

I thought the place was nice...the morning breakfast was better than another Days in I stayed in just a couple nights before. There were more choices and the staff was friendly which I think makes everything better.
We were traveling in a RV and the parking lot is not level. We had to park and take up three spaces, which we don't like doing. Booking online has it's advantages but not if you need level spaces. You have no way of knowing that it's all on a slant.

Snow built up by the sidewalk. Having to walk all the way around to end of the building. So I didnt fall with my baby.

Liked the non-smoking room.
Could not accommodate us on the main floor at the back of the facility. I had to climb stairs and I have two knee replacements.
